I’m so late to the game on this book…but here it is. I’m fascinated by this subject and a bit cynical too. After inhaling this very readable book, I made a list of a gazillion tweaks to my life, then got overwhelmed and distilled them down to two or three. Tweak one to heal my injured knee: 5 minutes of yoga before writing in the morning. I end out doing 15 or 20 minutes, but 5 gets me on the mat. I love Clear's suggestion to focus on making small easy changes. Helpful and inspiring. #fridayreads
